Completion Times

Due to the large quantity of orders we receive and the hand-made and made to order nature of our products, please allow upwards of 6 months for items to be completed and shipped out. The wait is worth it for the quality of the items.

Return/Refund Policy

Refunds:
Because our products are handmade and made to order, once an order is placed we can only offer you a refund within 48 hours of purchase. Please make sure to read the item descriptions carefully and feel free to ask questions prior to making your purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)
In the event that you received a damaged or incorrect item we can perform exchanges on a case by case basis. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and an exchange request must be sent within 5 days of receipt of your item.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Again, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lukeduff44@gmail.com

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and not requested before the 5 day grace period is ineligible for exchange.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product back to the address listed on the shipping label.

Depending on the reason for exchange you may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
